Terms of Service

By using Helper Guard AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password safe; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything illegal, to produce harmful, abusive or rights-infringing content, or to try to break into, overload, or circumvent the limits of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI output

Replies, summaries, images and videos are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them, and do not treat them as medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Plans and payment

Some features require a paid subscription through Stripe, and each plan has usage limits shown on the Billing page. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page.

6. Connected services

When you connect Gmail or social media accounts, your use of them is also governed by those platforms' terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Data deletion).

9. Changes and contact
